What the student is making:
Students will create a cut paper Collage of a landscape. They must include foreground, middle ground and background areas. The artwork must show techniques to create depth such as Layering and Overlapping, The S Curve or Winding Path, Use Diagonals, Aerial Perspective, Foreground Interest, and Changes in Size.
Directions:
1. The student will create a landscape using a variety of papers, solid and patterned.
2. The landscape must show foreground, middle ground and background areas.
3. The use of color and objects must create a sense of depth in the artwork.
4. Must use several techniques to create depth in artwork.
5. Print your name NEATLY on the label and the adhere to the back of your artwork. **Double check the school name and your ID # .
6. Turn in your artwork and clean up!
