You will accurately draw a suit of armor with emphasis on proportion and value.

HOW TO CREATE ARTWORK:
Step #1- Sit so that you have a clear view of the suit of armor.
Step #2- Draw the entire figure within the edges of the paper. Fill the space!
Step #3- Pay attention to the proportion of the arms and legs to the head and body.
Step #4- Add details and use a full range of values
Step # 5 - Put name label on BACK.
Step # 6- Clean up.
WHAT JUDGES ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. The student used a variety of values to create highlights and shadows with shading techniques
2. The figure is drawn in correct proportion
3. The composition fills the entire page
4. The student included the details of the armor, such as rivets and seams
5. The student used shading to create a three- dimensional form
